What is the difference between Warm, Clear and Firm?
Warm gives more space to the relationship. Clear prioritises direct meaning. Firm emphasises a respectful boundary. They are alternative drafts, not instructions about which tone you must choose.
Will Figgi send the reply for me?
No. You edit and copy the draft, then decide whether and where to send it. Figgi does not access your inbox or send messages.
Are my edits saved?
The original AI result is kept in your history. Edits in the reply boxes are for copying; bookmarking retains the original result. Copy any edit you want to keep before leaving.
Your words deserve care.
Your submitted text and generated results are stored in your account. OpenAI processes your AI requests. Review what you submit and remove personal details that are not needed. You can delete a result’s text from your history.
