- Include the exact wording when possible. A paraphrase can change the tone or leave out a deadline.
- Add relevant context, such as whether it came from a manager or a friend. Avoid sharing account numbers or details that are not needed.
- Check the reading against the original. A suggested interpretation is a possibility, not evidence of another person’s private intentions.

A few things to know.
Can AI tell what someone really means?
It can suggest interpretations based on wording and context. It cannot know someone's private thoughts. Figgi separates explicit facts from assumptions and points out missing information.
Can I upload a screenshot of a message?
Yes. Figgi accepts PNG, JPEG and WebP images and resizes them before submission. If text is hard to read, paste it instead. Images are processed by OpenAI but not stored in Figgi’s history; the resulting text may contain details from the image.
What happens after the explanation?
You can copy useful wording, save the result or carry its context into a reply, a small plan or a practice conversation. Each new AI result uses one of your available uses.
Your words deserve care.
Your submitted text and generated results are stored in your account. OpenAI processes your AI requests. Review what you submit and remove personal details that are not needed. You can delete a result’s text from your history.
